This type of therapy uses a computer-monitored pressure cuff around your limb to modulate blood flow. This well-researched and evidence-based therapy provides a stimulus for muscle growth similar to heavy weight training, but without the weights. It is ideal for maximizing improvement under post-operative limitations, physical restrictions, and muscle or joint pain, when heavy lifting is not appropriate.
-
Kinesio Taping uses a high stretch tape across a painful or dysfunctional area to improve blood flow, cue posture, alter joint position, facilitate or inhibit muscle activation, depending on its application. This is useful for sports injuries, joint instability, hypermobility disorders, tendinitis and more.
-
This type of therapy uses small electrodes placed across muscles to generate a contraction. This is useful post-operatively for restoring the nerve and muscle connection and improving muscle contractile capacity while under mobility restrictions. It is also helpful for teaching and improving muscle activation and reducing pain during exercise.
-
Compression boots are a great tool for lower body recovery. They progressively inflate and deflate air chambers from your foot to your hip. This helps to reduce swelling, soreness, pain, and improve the flushing of exercise metabolites out of your legs.

We utilize the Output Sports Meter, an evidence-backed highly accurate and reliable piece of wearable tech. We use it to measure key jump metrics such as jump height, velocity, and RSI. Additionally, we capture throwing/swinging velocity for racquet, throwing, and rotational athletes, and bar velocity for strength athletes.
