We accept most major health insurances on an out of network basis. We work with you to verify your benefits and provide you a clear picture of your cost per visit upfront. We courtesy bill your insurance company directly, so you can remain focused on getting better!

On your first visit, plan to be greeted by our welcoming front desk staff, who will guide you through a brief iPad check-in. Your first visit will be an evaluation and assessment of your physical condition. Plan to spend an hour 1:1 with your doctor of physical therapy to discuss your pain and limitations, details about your exercise and medical history, and the goals you wish to achieve. Your history will be followed by tests and measurements to determine imbalances that have resulted from your dysfunction, or act as contributing factors. We will then review activity modifications, exercises and ergonomics that will begin you on your health and fitness journey! Bring along activewear that allow your area of pain to be exposed (i.e. shorts for lower body injuries or tank tops for shoulder pain). Our facilities include changing rooms, restrooms, showers, and a filtered water fill-up.

Your physical therapist will determine and communicate how your sessions are built based on your individual needs. All treatment sessions are 1:1 for an hour, and often include manual therapy treatments in our quiet private treatment rooms followed by active exercise in our fully equipped gym. Your physical therapist will teach and guide your mechanics as you progress through an individualized and targeted exercise plan.

We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. We have a strong belief that results lie as much in the “how” as they do in the “what.” This means we use our extensive backgrounds in exercise and rehabilitation science to individualize your plans to fit your personal style and interests. We listen closely and take your input very seriously. We know that no two bodies or minds are like, and no two people love the same style of fitness. Therefore, we work with you 1:1 each and every session to create programming that is enjoyable and manageable, all while meeting and exceeding your goals. We utilize technology such as force, jump, and velocity meters for detailed objective assessments, and advanced tools such as blood flow restriction cuffs and neuromuscular re-education devices to assist your progress. Our therapists have extensive experience with professional and amateur athletes, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain, personal training and orthopedic physical therapy. We believe in teaching you the resources you need to be independent and healthy as the best version of yourself.
